I'm a connector

I make solid, meaningful relationships across teams and across organizations. If you need connection, I have you covered.

I ask good questions

But not too many. My coach training has fine-tuned my natural curiosity to be able to ask questions about a system or situation and get down to what's at the core of a project so we can get to work, with meaning.

I like humans

People who choose to show up every day are simply amazing, even when they show up imperfectly. As a compassionate, engaged, and patient leader, I facilitate awareness, success, and results.
